Jon Dutton
Background
Logistique Joint Director Jon Dutton has a degree in Sports Management, from the University of Northumbria.
Jon has two years experience in sports development principally Rugby League, five years experience of event management with the European Golf Tour and has spent more than six years as Chief Executive of Manchester FA.
Jon was previously a member of The FA's National Disability Advisory Group and worked for UEFA as the Transport and Logistics Manager at the 2003 Champions League Final.

Jon is currently Tournament Director for three National and International sports events - The FA UMBRO Fives, The FA National Futsal Cup and the World Blind Football Championship 2010.
Project Co-ordination
Jon was the Project Manager for the £5m Salford Sports Village situated in an NDC area,the £9m Heywood Sports, Culture & Leisure Village, on behalf of New Heart for Heywood NDC, and the Leicester City Council Football Investment Strategy, encompassing 11 football sites to the value of £14m.
Funding and Project Feasibility
Jon has been the lead for a number of feasibility studies and assessment reports undertaken by Logistique, with two of these being the Kendal Sports and Culture Village and the Boccia 2011 World Cup bid (on behalf of UK Sport).
Stephen Brown
Background
Logistique Joint Director Stephen Brown has a degree in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Stephen has spent two years in a sports and community development position with Gateshead Council before moving on to have a further five years experience in football development with both Manchester City Council and Manchester FA.
In these roles, Stephen was responsible for the strategic development of football across the county, which principally involved a number of FA initiatives aimed at providing football opportunities for all.

Funding Projects (Capital)
Stephen is currently leading on a number of capital projects involving national governing bodies of sport, sports clubs, schools, local authorities, colleges and community groups.
Through this work £22m has been secured through external funding organisations either in the public or private sector.
Stephen has been the project manager for the £2.5m Gosforth Fields Sports Association, involving three sports clubs and a charitable organisation, and the £1.4m Wainfleet Road sports project, on behalf of East Lindsey District Council, encompassing the formation of Sports Association with three distinct partners.
Funding Projects (Revenue)
Further success has been achieved with £1.1m being awarded to various organisations to develop community focussed revenue programmes. These have included £30,000 through Sportsmatch for Hull Rugby Union Football club for the employment of two Youth Rugby development officers.
Sports Development and Business Planning
Stephen has also developed a number of sports development / action plans for clients within the education, sport, health and regeneration sector.
Event Management
Stephen is also involved in the planning and delivery of the FA Football Fives, the National Youth Futsal Festival, National Futsal Cup and the World Blind Football Championship 2010.
Phil Heap
Background
Logistique Principal Consultant Phil Heap has a degree in PE & Sports Science from Loughborough University.
Phil spent two years in sports and community development with Tameside MBC, and followed this with six years' experience of football development working for Manchester FA. In these roles Phil was responsible for the strategic development of football across the county which principally involved implementing a number of FA initiatives aimed at providing football opportunities for all including the development of Local Area Plans in Rochdale and Salford. Phil was also responsible for attracting £200,000 to implement an innovative Social Inclusion project across Greater Manchester. Phil has now been with Logistique for over two years and has worked on a variety of projects.

Funding Projects (Capital)
Phil has recently supported the development of a number of capital projects involving national governing bodies of sport, sports clubs and schools. He is currently leading on the sports development aspects of the £1.25m Leek Sports Village and a project involving the relocation of Poole Town FC. Phil has also recently led on the sports development aspects of the £600,000 Immingham Community Football Project and the £2.6m Central Bedfordshire Community Football Development Centre .
Additionally Phil has led on number small grants schemes notably for Woodland Primary School for the build of a new multi purpose games area.
Funding Projects (Revenue)
Phil is currently leading on a football foundation bid on behalf of Salford Community Leisure for the employment of a Football Development Officer to operate across the borough of Salford in partnership with Manchester FA to the value of £150,000.
Sports Development and Business Planning
Phil has been leading on the development and implementation of a number of four year County FA strategies. Phil has also led on a number of football, rugby, cricket and sports development plans on both capital and revenue projects for local authorities, clubs and community groups.
Phil has been the lead on a number of strategies and assessment reports on behalf of The FA and these have included: The FA North West Disability Football Strategy, a Critique and Consultation Report of The FA Amputee, Pan Disability and Mainstream Football Risk Assessment and more recently a Critique and Consultation Report of The FA Mixed Gender Football Risk Assessment.
Event Management
Phil has been the tournament director for the annual FA National Youth Futsal Festival which has been held at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield since 2008. Phil is currently involved in the planning and delivery of a number of events including the World Blind Football Championships 2010 in addition to The FA Umbro Fives, The FA Futsal Cup and The FA National Futsal League Grand Finals events which Phil has been involved in since 2008.
Andrea Dutton
Background
Logistique's Executive PA is Andrea Dutton.
Andrea has spent 20 years working in retail, most recently as a PA to the Regional Managing Director for Somerfield. She has extensive experience of working on special events.

Administration
Andrea is primarily responsible for prviding Jon, Stephen and Phil with administrative and financial support.
Finance & Accounting
Andrea is responsible for all of the finance and account management of Logistique.
Event Management
Andrea is also involved in the administrative processes of the Football Fives and The Blind World Championships. Andrea is also involved in the delivery of these events.
