Guidance when you need it most
With more than 10 years' experience at Manchester FA, Logistique's principle consultants are able to provide advice, guidance and support to sporting governing bodies, professional and amateur clubs, local authorities and county FAs on areas such practical employment solutions, risk management, financial forecasting, development planning and company governance.
One of the first pieces of work was on behalf of the 'Street to Stadium' Charitable Trust which involved the development of a Comprehensive Action Plan, identifying potential funding streams and a recommended structure for future development.
On behalf of The FA, Logistique produced an Elite Disability Event Strategy, examining how the profile and quality of playing opportunities for the six national impairment squads can be improved through the hosting of major events in the lead up to the 2012 Paralympic Games.
Further work in this area has seen the writing of funding applications to help with the development of a volunteers programme for Salford Community Leisure this involved the recruitment, selection and management of volunteers for SCL's annual events programme.
Logistique have been involved in assisting Liverpool FA with writing of the County Interim Whole Sport Plan. The interim plan will operate from January 2008 to June 2008 which will be followed by a broader four year plan for the period June 2008 to July 2012. The interim plan will have four key goals accompanied by three enablers and help identify, shape and deliver the four year County Plan.
Early in 2008, Logistique were appointed by Wiltshire FA, West Riding FA and Gloucestershire FA to undergo a thorough root and branch review as part of a new four-year county strategy planning process.
The new strategies set out the vision, key priorities and targets for investment into grassroots football from 1st July 2008 until 30th June 2012 and represents each County FA's contribution to the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy.
Logistique were involved in the planning and delivering of a number of consultation with each County FA choosing to host a 'Your Game Your Say' event that gave clubs, leagues, referees and the whole football family a chance to input into key priorities in their respective County FA.

Supporting your bid
Logistique also specialise in offering a range of regeneration support services to the public, private, community and voluntary sectors. This has been an embryonic part of Logistique work over the last twelve months had has seen project being developed on health, arts and heritage.
Through Heywood New Deal for Communities Logistique has been involved establishing a 'Strategic Health Partnership' for Heywood. This has involved close liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the appropriate linkages with strategies and programmes are established and gaps in provision identified.
This has all helped highlight possible opportunities for pilot initiatives and the production of an action plan, to help encourage local residents to engage/participate in healthy living and take more responsibility for their own health and well-being.
On behalf of Leigh Excellence Cluster, Logistique devised and developed a Heritage Lottery grant. The successful funding application will help develop a history project focusing on Leigh and its heritage. The funding will contribute towards £100,000 of activity and programmes.
Other work with Neo Now and the Liverpool Centre for Arts Development has seen the development a number of funding applications to the Arts Council and other funding bodies.

Assisting your development and promoting sport
Logistique provides advice on sports development and business planning to a range of clients including voluntary clubs, national sporting agencies and National Governing Bodies. In particular, we highlight the benefits of sport has at all levels and how it can impact across wider agendas such as education, health, community safety and regeneration.
Through this work Logistique have recently assisted Link 4 Life (Rochdale Leisure Trust) devise and develop their local area plan for football, encompassing the FA National Game Strategy and the four key pillars for football development across the country. It is envisaged that the plan will help shape, guide and deliver investment and football in the borough over the next four years.
Similarly, with both Salford Community Leisure and the Hamilton Davies Trust, Logistique have been involved in the production of a football plan for Irlam. The aim of the plan is identify, shape and deliver football across this distinct part of the borough.
Logistique have been commissioned to assist Staffordshire & Moorlands District Council with the collation of evidence base to support the sports and physical activity strategy. Logistique will also be helping devise the priorities of the strategy from the evidence base and finally provide a critique and quality assurance assessment on the finalised document.
Also in 2008, Salford City Council and Salford Community Leisure, appointed Logistique to assist them in creating an Investment Priority Plan.
